Welcome to Halley House School, a friendly one-form entry primary free school in Dalston, East London.

Our curriculum is designed to have purpose at every step. We pride ourselves on offering a very broad, well-balanced and deeply rich curriculum, with a sharp focus on teaching children the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in life.

In addition to focussing on the core subjects, we offer an extensive enrichment program with over 20 after school clubs per week including Spanish, sports, specialist art and music provision, an extensive swimming programme as well as forest school once a week.

We believe in the power of adaptive teaching and work to meet the needs of all children, which includes teaching in small groups wherever possible. We strive to develop our pupils' curiosity and independence through innovative and creative approaches.

We offer all of this within a uniquely warm and nurturing environment, allowing each child to Learn, Enjoy and Succeed.

We have a fantastic team of staff here, and we are a really close-knit community where our families support our school and help in making it a success.
