Year 1 swimming lessons are starting next week, on Tuesday 17th January. Swimming lessons are part of the school curriculum and we strongly encourage all children to participate.
10 lessons (over the course of the Spring term) cost £15 – please pay using ParentPay.
We will be using King’s Hall Leisure Centre again this year. Letters containing full details will be sent home to all Y1 families this week.
Y1 will have a very active day on Tuesdays; PE at Petchey will continue until we can find an alternative slot. In the meantime, Y1 children will be allowed to come to school wearing their PE kits on Tuesdays from next week to help reduce the amount of kit coming in to school!
Reception children will be starting their swimming lessons in the Summer term.
